Mr. Kulkarni has over 14 years of partnering with the Boards of multi-billion USD international corporations on growing the productivity of the business as a backdrop for growing their valuations. Through his roles as Executive Director UBS Investment Bank (London), CEO Hydrolines Group (Bangalore) and Director Sun Life Financial of Canada (Toronto), Mr. Kulkarni has served clients and delivered for investors through assignments across Europe, Asia and North America. Raised in the UK, Mr. Kulkarni holds an MBA (with Distinction) from the London Business School.

Mr. Kulkarni is on the Group Executive Board of the Valuable Group of Companies in the capacity of Group Executive President.
