Sanjay Peer is one of the well known leaders in the Indian IT Industry. With 25 years of rich and varied experience, he brings with him a wealth of knowledge and skill sets across diverse Industry business verticals. He has a proven track record and is known for establishing new companies, launching new products and services across IT, Consumer Electronics, Telecom, and lifestyle businesses.
He is a Sales, Marketing, and Distribution Specialist with a lot of complementary skill sets like Global Vendor Development, International sourcing, and Supply Chain Management. He is an expert in Eco system Incubation for rolling out new and complex services and front ends, a host of Alliance marketing and CRM initiatives.
Prior to joining Sky N Land, Sanjay was working as Sales Director for VIA Technology Inc., a Global Semiconductor Design and Manufacturing powerhouse. Earlier to this, Sanjay has served as the National Sales Head at Samsung Electronics and Group Business Head at Ingram Micro, the largest Global IT Distributor. He started his career with Godrej and Boyce.
Sanjay is an Electronics Graduate with a Post Graduation in Business Management from NUS (National University of Singapore).
Mr. Sanjay Shankar Gaikwad, aged 58, is the Vice Chairman of Valuable Group. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and a Master’s degree in management studies from the University of Mumbai. Prior to setting up our Company, he was associated with Indian Express Newspapers (Bombay) Private Limited. He is also a recipient of the Maxell – Maharashtra Corporate Excellence Awards, 2014 for Excellence in Innovation.
Mr. Narendra Hete, aged 72 years, is the Chairman of Valuable Group. He works across media, entertainment and technology verticals with 30 years of experience in these fields. He holds a bachelor’s degree in arts.
Mr. Ameya Narendra Hete, aged 50, is the Managing Director of Valuable Group. He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Nagpur and a master’s degree in industrial engineering from Binghamton University, New York, United States of America. He was previously associated with Enterasys Networks Inc., USA. At Valuable Group, he is responsible for global operations and business development for the various group initiatives.
Dr. Indrajit Pawar is currently serving as the Chief Scientist Officer at Sky N Land Insights and his insights and contributions have been invaluable to our SNLI team. He holds a PhD from the prestigious University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST), where he earned a reputation as a brilliant researcher and innovator.
Selvakumar is the founder of DIMA e-solutions, company dealing with product and solutions in digital media and home entertainment. He has more than 6 years of experience in set top box design and development. He posses strong technical skills in manufacturing process, design & debugging of STB. He has a good understanding of digital video broadcasting and ISO MPEG standards. He has been a part of the core design team of digital cinema project. Selvakumar has worked with DG2L Technologies and undertaken critical projects on Integrated Digital TV design, HD H.264 DVB/IP set top box development, SD MPEG-2 DVB Set top box designing, HD H.264 DVB/IP dual chip solution.
Selvakumar holds a bachelor in Engineering in Electronics from Pune university and Advanced PG Diploma in VLSI technologies from CDAC-Bangalore.
Niranjan is the Director and co-founder of DI. Niranjan brings to company 16 years of IT industry experience. At DI Niranjan is responsible for ideation of product and solution in various technology domains. Niranjan works closely with industry consultants in evaluating business proposals and product ideas, which eventually would form DI’s IP adding to the company’s valuation.
Before forming DI, Niranjan was co-founder and Director Technology at Webware Technologies. He had earlier worked in Mukund Steels and Bentley Nevada. Niranjan’s core technical strengths are in the areas of Solution Architecting, Software Product Development and Large Scale Project Management. Niranjan holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering.
Mr Potnis heads the company’s technology providing division – Box Tech Division – that has overall responsibility of procuring and providing complete back-end networking and logistics, billing and accounting of the clients in India and abroad.
Mr. Potnis started as an R & D Engineer in the early seventies in the mainstream manufacturing industry. After a stint of two years, he joined Aplab Ltd., an electronics company who is primarily into UPS and Instruments manufacturing, as a Junior Engineer in their production department.
On deputation, on behalf of Aplab at Singapore, Mr. Potnis created a network of Distributors in South East Asia during 1977 to 1982. He was inducted on the Aplab Board in 1985 as Director Marketing. During his stint as Director Marketing in Aplab from 1985 to 2002, Aplab opened their own outlets in 52 cities all over India, including 6 metros.
Mr. Potnis was appointed as Managing Director of Aplab Ltd. in 2003 with the responsibility of managing operations of Aplab worldwide. Under his leadership, Aplab diversified into fuel dispensers business and is a leading manufacturer of fuel dispensers. He led multi disciplinary professional teams to achieve the set objectives. His man management skills are exemplary. It is Mr. Potnis’s man management skills which ensured not a single production hour was lost due to staff or workers unrest in a span of 33 years at Aplab.
Mr. Potnis hails from Kolhapur and did his schooling there and completed his B.E. (Electronics & Telecommunication), from Pune. He holds fellowship of I.E.T.E., I.E.E.E. USA. He has also completed an import export course in Mumbai.
A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Mr. Agarwal is the Founder-Director and Chief Executive officer in Glance Finance Ltd, a listed company engaged in offering financial services including funds syndication, corporate advisory services and financial management. In addition, he is also involved in running other business like stainless steel exports, jewelry exports, and real estate.
Mr Vaidya a post Graduate in Law and a graduate in Commerce has over 25 years of work experience in prestigious companies.
He is associated with Valuable group since the inception of the company in 2003. He spearheaded the operations and Finance of Gaming infrastructure business till it was successfully hived off to a UK based V.C. Fund. He assisted UFO to establish the company’s brand in the initial period by installing the system in first 30 theatres in Maharashtra & Gujarat. He contributed immensely to procure strategic land parcels for various infrastructure projects. Currently he heads the Operations of ImPACT.
Prior to joining Valuable Group, he was with ZEE TELE where he joined as Credit Controller and within 2 years was promoted to be Commercial Head of Zee’s global business. Left Zee in 2001 as Business Head, to start his own business.
He also worked with companies like Voltas, Lakme and Indal. At Voltas he handled different function. As a reward for initial achievements in Commercial Dept. , was shifted to Project implementation of putting up a manufacturing plant at Remote village in D & NH. Was made Project head within one year and after accomplishing the task within record time, was promoted as All India Commercial Head. Also was honorary member of Central HRD committee set up for reforms in HR policies across 14 divisions in Voltas.
Arun Rangachari is the Founder & Chairman of DAR Capital Group; a boutique investment advisory, private equity and investment firm operating in India, the UAE, the United States, Malaysia, Australia and Uganda. With over USD 50 million in assets under management, DAR’s private equity investments are focused primarily towards the media, entertainment and technology sectors in India. Starting as a journalist with the Financial Express in Mumbai, India, covering the Information technology beat, Mr. Rangachari subsequently worked in Public Relations for 15 years, both in India and Dubai. In India, after working short stints for leading PR agencies, he took up several independent PR assignments, before relocating to Dubai in 1999. After working for three years for two of the largest PR consultancies in the Middle East, he partnered India’s Percept Group to set up a joint venture, which he ran for almost five years. He founded DAR Capital Group in early 2007.
Dr. Patil is a Doctor of Medicine with a specialization in Radiodiagnosis. He has a career spanning 15 years in the distribution and exhibition of films. He has worked as CEO of Mukta Adlabs Digital Exhibition Pvt. Ltd and was the pioneer of the digital cinema revolution in India. The first 90 digital cinema screens in India were set up by him. He has worked as CEO of PVR digital cinema division and also as Chief Operating officer of South and West India for PVR.
