or Valuable Technologies Inc ("VALUABLE") and have agreed to be bound by the Terms
and the Privacy Policy set out below. The Sites are owned and operated by VTL.

Use of VTI/VTL Content
The User may retrieve and display VALUABLE Content on personal computer and store such content in electronic form for its Users non-commercial use only.
The User are not allowed to download any material from the site, in the event where the User downloads such content it shall tantamount to infringement of the copyrights adhered to such content and VTL shall be entitled for recover damages from such User and such User shall have no recourse whatsoever.
Except as expressly set out above, the User shall not reproduce, modify or in any way commercially exploit any Content or any of its part on the site/s, unless with prior written permission of the VALUABLE .
No parts of any VALUABLE publication or its Site/s shall be reproduced, stored in or introduced into any retrieval system, or transmitted, in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise without the prior written permission of the copyright owners.
The User shall not reverse engineer, modify, decompile, disassemble or translate the Content (whether for the purpose of error correction or otherwise).
The User shall not display the Content on a public bulletin board, any website, chat room or by any other unauthorized means. Written materials provided in printed or electronic form shall not be modified, adapted, translated, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of VALUABLE.
All Intellectual Property Rights of the Content and design of the Sites and any material emailed to the User remains the property of VALUABLE.
The User shall not use or reproduce any Intellectual Property of VALUABLE, including any trademarks, registered or unregistered, for any reason without written permission from VALUABLE.

Terms and Termination
VALUABLE may, at its discretion, terminate or suspend individual or group or companies access to all or part of the Sites (including any right to access and use VALUABLE Content) with or without reason by delivering notice to the concerned User.
The rights of termination are in addition to all other rights or remedies of VALUABLE provided in these Terms or by Law.

VALUABLE reserves the right, in its discretion, to suspend, change, modify, add or remove portions of its Content available on the Sites at any time and to restrict the use and accessibility of the Sites.

Registration, Passwords and Responsibilities

The User agrees to immediately notify VALUABLE, if it becomes aware of any loss or theft of any Username, password or ID or any unauthorized use of a Username, password, ID, or any other login details.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, VALUABLE shall amend the invalid provision in such reasonable manner as achieves the intention of the parties without illegality, or at VALUABLE discretion such provision may be severed from this agreement and the remaining provisions shall nevertheless remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms and conditions as envisaged herein. Any cause of action of the aggrieved party, if any, in respect of the terms and conditions of this policy may be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction in Mumbai, India.
